Hey guys! So, I had JYP auditions yesterday~
It was a very learning experience that I can use for future references. :P
I just wanted to share my experience witchu!
So basically, if you signed up online, you had an assigned time, but those people decided to be stupid and let the people go by whoever got there first.
Trust me, when you get excited that you're going to audition next, you're just waiting to go on another line. LOL.
I was waiting outside and I finally got to the door, and I went in! So I was like "YESSS!" And turns out there was another line by this red rope, to go up the elevator to the second floor (where the actual auditioning would take place).
BUT, it wasn't that bad, because I stood next to a hot guy. YOU GUYS MIGHT KNOW HIM! His name is Chris~~~ :D

Anyways, when you're on the line (next to the red rope thingy), they give you a sticker with your audition number on it. (The number that you got if you auditioned online).
If you did a walk-in audition, you had to fill out a form there, and you had to wait a LOT longer than the people who signed up online.
Ok, so when you go up the elevator (which was really bad since I HATE elevators), you wait in ANOTHER room, and watch audition videos from a long time ago, while waiting for your group of 10 to be called.
When your group is finally called (Your group is gonna be the people who were next to you on the line), you go outside in the hallway, and you wait AGAIN for the group that was in front of you to finish.
(Apparently, they have all these separate lines, and rooms so that they can get the people moving quickly and more effeciently).
When you finally go in, there's gonna be two judges, and a camera man.
The first person goes right away, and the person after that individual doesn't sit. S/He waits on this yellow line right outside the 'box' of where the camera is recording.
For acting, they most look at your facial expression.
For singing, once they hear the high point of the part of the song, they'll most likely stop you.
Auditions should at most only be 1 minute. (Most people won't even be able to sing that one minute).
For dancing, if you forget your choreography, and don't cover it up right away (unless it's a choreography that they know), they'll stop you.
You only get one try. Unless you only sang for like 2 seconds, and ask them if you can redo.
In my group, there were no dj's/mc's or models auditioning, so I don't know what they do.
There were instances where when this girl danced, after she finished, the judge pointed at her, and said, "I like you. Sing me a korean song." And she did. Then the judge said, "Stay after."
But that's rare. That happened this time. She looked pretty scared, but she was really good. Haha.
After your audition and when your group finished, you head back downstairs, and you're good!
You get to go home, and they'll contact you before a certain time.
Yep...
So that's basically my experience........................................LOL.
KAY BYEE :D
